Floor laying

For a successful result, it is important to assess the most appropriate solution by choosing the correct wood and floor board width, method of laying and skirting board requirements.

It is recommended  that experienced floor laying specialist would produce the best result but DIY would likewise give a good result if the installation instructions are one strictly adhered to.

Floors can be laid on a wood floor, concrete and on self-adhesive film and every different substrate has its own specific materials and method of installation.

When planning and installing flooring, it is important to follow two key instructions:

1. At the time of laying a floor the room temperature should not be less than 15° C and the relative humidity between 45±5%

2. At the time of use the room temperature should not be less than 15° C and the relative humidity between 45±5% would give the best results to give stability to the floor.
